Record-early snow hit parts of South Carolina, leaving thousands without power as the eastern part of the country was blasted with cold. These conditions mimic snow removal in Philadelphia.
"This has been a historic event," News19 Meteorologist Daniel Bonds told WLTX. "It's unprecedented. I've run out of adjectives to describe it."
